Following the discovery call, I will send you a Life Assessment (including topics like career, family, spiritual life, dreams & goals) to complete. This will give me a better understanding of where you are at and what you want to accomplish. We will then schedule our first official coaching call. Our session will begin by clarifying the current goal or issue we have agreed to work on. We will then move through a series of questions to find greater clarity and root out potential problems. We will finish the call by setting clear goals and making next steps for you and for potential future sessions.

Having a Catholic life coach is like inviting someone to walk alongside you as you seek clarity, peace, and purpose in your daily life. It’s a space to prayerfully unpack what’s going on in your heart, set meaningful goals, and grow in wholeness. Coaching helps you live with intention, not just in your ministry, but in your relationships, rhythms, and interior life. It’s less about doing more and more about becoming who God is calling you to be.

Anything that’s stirring in your heart. Some common areas include:
Discernment (life choices, vocation, career, transitions)
Identity and worth
Burnout or overwhelm
Leadership and creativity
Prayer and spiritual habits
Living with more joy, rest, and peace
Family or relationship struggles
Wholistic wellness goals
Growing in virtue or discipline

A single session is perfect for someone new to coaching and who wants to grow in clarity & confidence on a particular issue or in a certain season of life.
A session package (3, 6 or 12 sessions) would be best for someone who has a long term goal or problem that they want extended guidance in solving or achieving.

Not at all. While everything I do is rooted in Catholic teaching and prayer, anyone is welcome who feels drawn to this space. We promise to walk with reverence and honesty wherever you are in your journey.
