If we haven’t already met, I hope this page gives some insight into who I am.

This is my dream. I love being a cheerleader when it comes to people pursuing their calling. I love helping people see their own goodness and beauty and I love living life with wonder. I love enjoying the art of the Swedish Fika and building community and a home for others.

You can find me most days sipping a chai at a local coffee shop, dilly dallying in nature, cooking a random dish or cracking jokes with my husband.

How did I get here?

I spent three years as a missionary serving on a college campus. While it gave me some of the greatest gifts I will ever receive, I have never experienced my limits so clearly. I was struggling in ways I never had, spiritually, mentally, and physically. Despite feeling so clearly called to this mission, I knew the Lord was calling me to something new.

Leaving this part of my life brought up a lot of questions and insecurities. As I started to consider where the Lord was leading me, He brought life coaching into my life. At my core I feel most fully alive when I am encouraging others to be who God created them to be. Doing that for a living felt like a dream.

And here I am!

During most of my life I longed for someone to come alongside me, believe in me, and guide me through those tough moments. If that’s something you need, I would be honored to accompany you.

I would love to help you break through doubt, rediscover your passions, and live a life aligned with your deepest purpose. It is there that we find life and find it abundantly.
